Documents required for registration
1. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM ON THE PLATFORM BY CREATING A CANDIDATE ACCOUNT. A candidate can compete for budget, IF fee and IFR fee places. Participation in the competition is based on the options completed in the order of preference indicated by the candidate. Candidates are encouraged to indicate all options.
2. Baccalaureate diploma obtained in Romania (inteligible scanned document for online submission, original and simple copy if the application is submitted physically).
or CERTIFICATE of equivalence issued by C.N.R.E.D. (legible scanned document for online submission, original and simple copy if the application is submitted in person) or CERTIFICATE OF EQUIVALUATION or CERTIFICATE OF ABSOLUTION for graduates of class 2023 (legible scanned document for online submission, original and simple copy if the application is submitted in person);
3. HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT (legible scanned document for online submission, original and simple copy if enrolment is by physical submission);
4. IDENTITY CARD (proving residence in Romania)/PASSPORT (candidates from EU, EEA and Switzerland) (scanned document for online submission, plain copy if the application is submitted physically);
5. BIRTH CERTIFICATE (legible scanned document for online submission, simple copy if the application is submitted physically);
6. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, or document certifying change of name, (if applicable) (legible scanned document for online submission, plain copy if applying by physical submission);
7. A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, issued by the family doctor within the last 6 months, stating the health status of the candidate (is/is not on record with chronic diseases, and what they are, if any). Where applicable, the candidate may also submit (optionally) a certificate concerning chronic diseases.
8. PROOF OF PAYMENT OF ADMISSION FEE or proof of exemption
9. HARD COVER ENVELOPE DOSSIER FOR THE FILE (not with rail or foil) - if the application is submitted physically
10. 2 passport-size colour photographs - if the application is submitted physically
11. Special case: persons who have or have had the status of student, will submit a CERTIFICATE showing the number of semesters taken at budget/fee (undergraduate studies) and the number of semesters in which they received a scholarship (undergraduate studies).
12. For candidates for special places, proof of the situation envisaged must be included in the competition file, as follows:
12.2. candidates from the social protection system - certificate issued by DGAFPS
12.3. candidates with special educational needs/disabilities - certificate;
12.4. ethnic Roma - certificate issued by the association representing the interests of the Roma community;
12.5. Olympic candidates - diploma certifying the prize obtained

Important:

The candidate assumes on his/her own responsibility, knowing the administrative and legal (including criminal) consequences of inaccurate/false statements, the following:
• the data provided in the form and the attached documents are true;
• is aware of the provisions of the Admission Methodology;
• is aware that the registration fee is non-refundable;

The candidate is obliged to complete/prepare/deposit the documents requested by the admission committee, according to the messages received by remote communication during the communicated period. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
