Each conference participant can only submit one paper.
The following topics represent an illustrative enlisting: cybercrime, human rights (right to private life, right to free speech and so on), e-governing and on-line administration, protection of employee, national and international electronic commerce, e-banking, unfair competition, consumer protection, personal data protection, intellectual property protection and others.
The scientific papers, in extenso, should be submitted in electronic format to anale.drept@uaic.ro, by the 15th of November 2018.
The papers will follow the instructions in the Author’s Guide of Scientific Annals of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, Iasi, Legal Sciences Section, which can be accessed at http://pub.law.uaic.ro/ro/ghidul-autorilor
Abstracts
The abstract should be no longer than 150 words. 4-6 key words or expression that capture the essence of the paper should be specified.
The evaluation of the submited papers
Submited papers will be subjected to the evaluation of the Scientific Board members, according to the subject, following the peer review procedure.
The exclusive responsability of the authors for the content of the submited papers
Submited papers should be original and not published before. The authors must observe the copyright law and avoid any kind of plagiarism. The entire responsability falls on the author of the paper. The Conference organizers do not assume any responsability for any breach of copyright law and for plagiarism.
